Where
Located in the iconic Teneriffe Woolstores, we deliberately left the CBD to provide our clients with a personal, accessible and discreet service. We don't need to be near the court because that is the last place our clients want to be.

To create calm out of chaos
Separation is overwhelming. When your children, finances and future are under threat, how do you stay calm and how do you stay focused?
You need lawyers who will:
- provide that calm
- bring peace to a chaotic sitution
- de-escalate tension to foster rational decion making
- work with you to craft your plan and execute it
- fiercely advocate for you when necessary
- be there with you every step of the way
That is what we do.
"We will show you how strong you are, and how that strength is the resource that is going to build the next chapter of your life."
"We level the playing field and create leverage for our clients."
"When your spouse pursues dominance at the expense of fairness and respect, you need the balance restored decisively and strategically. We step in to level the playing field and put control back in your hands. Our focus is simple: restore balance and bring your spouse to the negotiating table on your terms, to achieve a fair and dignified outcome."
Joe Healy, Director

Unlike others, you will not be palmed off to an inexperienced lawyer to run your case.
Your future is on the line and the stakes are high. You need experienced, exceptional lawyers guiding you with personal attention. You should not be the training ground for inexperienced lawyers, and if you are, call us for a scond opinion.
